All YCX products with 24 months warranty since the purchase date. During the warranty period, you can contact our tech support team anytime.
3. How long is the delivery time?

Usually 15 days after order be confirmed; sample within 7 days. But it will take a little longer if with heavy burden of production task. The final lead time is based on negotiation.Most orders will be shipped via door to door shipping services like DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT. While some bulk orders will be shipped via air shipping or sea shipping based on customer's required.Meanwhile, the tracking number will be provided once the goods were sent out.
4. What's the MOQ?

No MOQ required for sample order, at least one carton per model after sample order.
